Ingredients:

Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp

Red Chillies (Byaadige) – 7-8

Channa Dal – 1 tsp

Urad Dal – 1 tsp

Methi Seeds – 1/4 tsp

Hing – 1/4 tsp

Dry Coconut – 1/2 cup

Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Cloves – 2-3

Cinnamon / Dal chini – 1/2 inch

Oil – 1 tsp

Method:

Roast all the above ingredients with 1 tsp of oil and grind well to form a smooth and soft powder.
