Rich in iron, vitamin and a nutritious drink … date-almond-milkshake

A complete diet for the finicky kid….!!!

 

Ingredients:

 

Dates – 6 large pieces (deseeded)

Almonds – 6 pieces

Milk – 2 cups

Honey – 1 tbsp

Sugar – 1 tsp

Cardamom powder – A Pinch

 

Method:

 

Soak the dates and almonds in warm milk for about an hour or so.

Blend together all the ingredients for 4-5 minutes.
