A perfect accompaniment for Pulao/Biryani/Kichdi….. 🙂

Ingredients:cucmber-tomato-onion-raita

 

Yogurt – 2 cups

Cucumber – Finely Chopped – 1 cup

Onion – Finely Chopped – 1 cup

Tomatoes – Finely Chopped – ½ cup

Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp

Mint leaves (minced) – 1 tbsp

Green chilli (minced) 1 tbsp.

Black cumin seed (roasted) powder – 1 tbsp.

Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp.

Grated Ginger – ½ tsp

Salt – As per taste

 

Method:

 

Beat the yogurt to get smooth consistency. Add salt, black pepper powder, paste of green chillies, grated ginger and mint leaves. Mix well.

 

Add chopped – cucumber, onion and tomatoes and mix well.

 

Sprinkle roasted cumin seed powder on the top

 

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves …
