Healthy Tea – Time Snack….!!!!

Rich in Protein and Vitamin C & K …… Good for the fussy kids…!!!

 

Ingredients:

 

Moong Sprouts – 1 cup

Finely Chopped Onion – 1 cups  moong-bhel

Finely Chopped Tomatoes – 1/2 cup

Raw Mango Grated – 2 tbsp ( optional)

Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Grated Carrot – 3 tbsp

Tamarind – Jeera – Jaggery – Paste – 1 tbsp

Green Chilli Paste – 1/2 tsp

Pomegranate – 2 tbsp (for garnishing)

Bhel Sev – 1/3 cup

Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

Black Salt – as per taste

 

Method:

 

Mix all the above ingredients, except coriander leaves, sev and pomegranate.

Stir and mix well.

Just before serving, garnish with coriander leaves, sev and pomegranate.
